Great job on the purchase! How’s the house now? I bet you have all settled in nicely. Just be sure to allot a portion of your budget for maintenance and repairs, without touching the payment on your mortgage. This will keep you from being blindsided by immediate repair payments in the future.
That’s a beautiful house! I’ve been waiting to hear about this since your last post last April. I’m glad to hear that you finally closed the deal. Now, all you have to take care of are the monthly payments of the mortgage and the improvement of the house. Good luck!
